Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-12 business days for order processing and delivery. International orders may take 1-2 weeks or longer based on the destination.

Once parcels are shipped (via UPS or ROYAL MAIL), we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged goods. It’s crucial to ensure accurate shipping details and be attentive to parcel arrivals to prevent theft or non-delivery.

For international orders, please note that import duty fees may apply. Presently, our store serves limited regions. We aim to expand our shipping coverage as international relations strengthen in the future.

Custom Duties & Fees

For orders below a certain amount, there are no import duty fees, ensuring a hassle-free transaction. However, for orders within the EU surpassing 130 euros, there may be potential import duties. Don’t worry—reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll assist you in navigating any potential fees, ensuring a transparent and stress-free shopping process.

Product Defects Or Issues

Should you receive a damaged, defective (more than 25% of print), or incorrect item, kindly reach out to email or contact form below.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Name associated with the order
  • Email used for the order
  • Your specific request
  • Crucially, attach a photograph illustrating the print quality or the damaged section of the item.

With this information, I will promptly process either a partial or full refund upon inspections of the item or arrange an exchange, subject to item availability in our stock. Your satisfaction is our priority.
