Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If no estimated date is given, we aim to dispatch within 3-5 days for items in stock from the order confirmation email. We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays), and delivery times typically fall between 8am–5pm. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. You may be required to sign upon delivery. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Some remote or international addresses may be excluded from delivery; if so, we’ll contact you before your order is processed.
Pre orders items estimated date will be roughly 3-5 weeks as items are made to order according to set quantity and unit. Upon further inspection of items under our possession, quality control and packaging item will be then shipped soon as possible to the customer. Notified by email given at the checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost. Please consult your local customs office before placing an order.
By using any delivery preferences (e.g., leaving the parcel with a neighbour or at a collection point), you agree DhavDesign is also not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered as per your selected option.
