Faulty Products Or Defects


At DhavDesign, we take great care to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. If you receive an item that appears damaged, defective, or develops a fault, please notify us as soon as possible. Ideally, contact us in writing with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We’ll review and respond within our regular business hours to resolve the matter efficiently. Please note some items may not be replaced after a return window ends or after a certain period due to the nature of products breaking down gradually with more wear and use.
