Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased. Return requests made after 14 days will unfortunately be declined. DhavDesign Ltd also reserves the right to reject any unreasonable return requests or those not returned within a fair and timely manner.
To request a return, please email contact@dhavdesign.com or form below with your order number and reason for return. Allow 3–7 working days for us to review and authorize your request. If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Once your return is authorized, our team will provide detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back. Please ensure that all returns are:
- In their original condition
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from stains or damage
- With original tags and packaging included
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in cases of change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery. If you have a tracking number, please share it with us via email and proof of shipping by taking a picture just in case there is an issue with the courier
In the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, DhavDesign Ltd will cover return shipping costs. Reimbursement will only be provided for returns sent via Regular or Registered Air Mail (not courier or express services). Please include a clear photo of your return shipping invoice so we can verify and process the reimbursement.
Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of authorization and the tracking number must be provided. If we do not receive the package or tracking within this time, the return request will be cancelled.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment account or provide a replacement item if requested. If the item is out of stock, your refund will be issued right away please allow 3-5 business days it to be in your original payment account.
A confirmation email will follow once your return has been successfully processed.
